[RSE-Task]: Run and test nextflow-app as a shinyproxy using Dock Cron

Note that this issue is currently blocked by: https://github.com/ICR-RSE-Group/shiny-proxy-config/issues/4
to setup a shinyproxy app and to run the app docker image as a Cron job.

Once this is done, I can then Test nextflow-app

We have tested the nextflow-app as a shiny-proxy: https://github.com/ICR-RSE-Group/shiny-proxy-config/issues/4#issuecomment-2531251873

Multiple improvements (in a separate issue):

• add a user white list, including our main "clients" . Restrict access to only these people, until we solve the account issue.
• Display an information message!
• Don't let people click multiple times on "run pipeline".
• Add pipeline logs, a kind of short history (check H&E repo)

Note:
Any time I modify nextflow-app, I should update the docker image on the internal server:
sudo docker pull icrsc/nextflow-app
