• update Billie group to "dbiphdaer"
• remove "hpcuser" from the group
• update the app for basecalling pipeline, to use samples from Billie

Regarding the reference Genome: hg38.

I think the reference genome we want to use for alignment of our nanopore sequencing data will be hg38.
