Allow long read users to adapt their samples prior to launching the pipeline

I still have to add a check to verify if sample was already adapted:

• per sample
• It could be complicated to manage this in the case of mixed samples (not adapted vs already adapted)

I added a radio-button that is set to False by default.
User only press: "run pipeline", then the script will do the rest.
