Support Manual Number as a source for Source Version Metric

There is a source (k6) at one of my project for which we cannot measure the source version automatically.

The first possible solution would be that the Source Version metric supports manual number as a source that can be formatted according to the semver standard.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Alternatively, Quality-time could allow for searching a yaml file for the version of a source using regex. Both solutions can be discussed in refinement.
