Teleporter

The Teleporter will teleport you to another random Teleporter in the same dimension set to the same grid id. Teleporter can be named in an anvil for use with the dialing device. Uses 1024 kJ/teleport.

Machine Upgrade: Enables dialing device to select destination.
Ender Upgrade: Can teleport *to* the End
Nether Upgrade Can teleport *to* the Nether
