Remove green box at bottom except for manual user actions #56
Description
Currently there is a big green box that slides up when the flowsheet is refreshed, etc. This is OK for when the user manually triggers it, but it also happens currently on automated actions, which causes an annoying amount of disturbance to the view. It should be changed to only occur when the user actually clicks on an action, or, alternatively, dramatically reduced in visibility.
