grounded_dino Installation Failure with CUDA12.1 due to unsupported sm_120

I met an error after running pip install --no-build-isolation -e grounding_dino, My cuda version is 12.1

With closure inspection, I believe this is introduced in commit 774a980 , with the intention of supporting 5090. However, I think it's totally fine for people to have lower cuda version as long as they aren't using 5090.

I will open a PR to solve this.
