PRC152 - RX ONLY not working #1394

Mods (complete and add to the following information):
- **Arma 3 stable
- **CBA: latest stable
- ACRE2: Latest
Description:
When setting PRC152 radio to RX Only, the operator is able to transmit throug the radio.
Expected behavior:
When PRC152 is set to RX Only, transmitting should not be possible
Where did the issue occur?
- Dedicated / Singleplayer / Editor (Singleplayer) / Editor (Multiplayer) / Virtual Arsenal
Additional context:
Found that line 272 on file addons/sys_prc152/farris_menus/PGM.sqf is commented, rendering the RX Only not working
