Feature Request: Add a Title screen

Description

Add a Title screen to the web app, with the Title "BLACKJACK-REACT" and a button to start game

Expected Solution

• Add a new Title screen with fade in animation on the title
• Add a button to start the black jack game
• On start of every game grant the same amount of money to players every time
• On finishing the game (player runs out of money), show a pop up of out of money and an exit button leading to title screen
• A quit button in the middle of the game to go back to the title screen
