Sever side filtering

There has already been some discussion on server-side filtering and how this library can perform this in this issue #88 there are a few code samples on there, I think that this will be especially important for paging scenarios.

I thought the discussion can carry on here keep issues down to work that will be done. Any opinions/ideas are welcome.
