[PROD] Kubernetes refactoring

These enhancements would give more stability to our kubernetes deployments:

• nginx.conf file cleanup – remove hardcoded strings and avoid warnings about http(s) schema
• open an option to remove nginx dependency as we can use alternative ways to handle the static files
• pre-commit styling in go-deploy, Feature/pre commit go-deploy#70
• infrastructure diagram documentation
• ArgoCD migration for the go-api
• Cert-manager improvements
• Add a lifecycle block to the terraform config to ignore changes to storage_mb: lifecycle {ignore_changes...
• Remove unused variables from Azure CD pipeline variable list
