Steps to Reproduce the Issue

Export any Response DREF

Expected Behavior

In the first page, the header, it should appear People targeted

Actual Behavior

It is showing People at Risk

Sorry!!! my mistake, Response DREF should not show People at Risk but People Affected

So we have to rename People at risk to People Affected in the export. Could you confirm it, @anamariaescobar ?

Yes! for the DREF for Response, for the Imminent que keep it as People at Risk
