Steps to Reproduce the Issue

Notification emails of the recent Surge Alerts, Field reports and Weekly digests contain broken links
The Buttons to Login to the IFRC GO account and Unsubscribe button contains broken links

The images below shows that the buttons contains broken links

clicking on the button shows up a popup with the message "The system cannot find the file specified". The pictures are attached in the next sections

Expected Behavior

The button to Login to the IFRC Go account should redirect to the log in page
and Unsubscribe button should redirect to the notifications page under account.
The Log in button should redirect to https://go.ifrc.org/login
The Unsubscribe Button should redirect to https://go.ifrc.org/account/notifications

Actual Behavior

The Buttons to Login to the IFRC GO account and Unsubscribe button contains broken links.
This behavior can be seen in the latest Surge Alerts, Field report alerts and Weekly Digests.

The following messages are displayed as show in the picture when clicking on the Login to IFRC GO Button and
Unsubscribe button. In the pictures I attach are for Surge Alerts, followed by Field report followed by Weekly digest email
