All Surge Alerts - filters

I would like to have an option to filter all surge alerts not only on country or emergency, but also on Position and Keywords.

Position and Keywords filter should work as text search:
- adding multiple words in the field should narrow the results. E.g. 'manager cholera' should find positions that contains 'manager' AND 'cholera'
