Adding a list of the people of importance under the main page about section #1
Description
It was suggested that a list of the IHDEA most important representatives (possibly the list of signers to the Announcement of the Establishmentof the International Heliophysics Data Environment Alliance ) be added to the about section of the IHDEA main page.
