We are a group of students working with the IHP SG13 PDK for a learning project. Our design would benefit from having some kind of non-volatile memory inside the chip (for example EEPROM, Flash, or OTP).
From what I understand, these types of memory usually depend on the details of the manufacturing process. Could anyone clarify:
Does the IHP SG13 PDK (or other IHP open PDK versions) include any option for non-volatile memory cells?
If not, is there a way within the IHP process to store a small amount of permanent data (for example a device ID or a key)?
Any clarification would be very helpful for our study project.
