chore: adjust crystal xp values

In coordination with @JWIGGS, we settled to adjust the xp rates for the crystals. Now someone has to do the math and figure out the correct rates.
Here's exactly what we discussed:

Those numbers were calculated using the absolute xp given by the award and then checking how many percent of the level those are. The current multipliers are not being added.
