"Run code" button should not show for non-visual problems

Currently Run code button is shown even if the Visual problem checkbox is not checked.
This should not be the case.

I am not sure this is an issue. We could have print blocks in the code. Do we want to need to submit for this to show ? At least let's make it an option disabled by default
