Error WFS - Basic WF / gmlnamedisnull

Hello,

I'm contacting you because I am trying to validate a layer as a WFS service.
To do this, I have loaded a layer from PostGIS into GeoServer and installed the Inspire = Create INSPIRE ExtendedCapabilities element add-on in the “workspace” section.

When validating the capabilities URL, the validator gives the following error:

I don't understand what is happening or how to fix it.

I have included access to the URLs and XML file in a zip file.

The errors likely resulted from a temporary unavailability of your service during validation.
Please check it on your end and confirm.
