some dataset tests hangs

hello.
we installed validator. but when try run some tests it hangs (like:

some dataset test passes, but it generates much more errors than 'offficial' validator:

Dear @tadaskiskenas,

Regarding the error related to the EPSG link, the opengis server may have been unavailable at that moment, or your server might not have been able to reach it.
If possible, please send the complete report in html format.

If you can send me the sample dataset I can have a look.

coz cannot upload gml renamed it to .gml.txt
