WFS OGC Conformance class returns internal server error

When trying to validate a WFS, I got this error message twice in a row.

The WFS is protected - could this maybe cause issues in the communication with the OGC test?

It happens for example for this one. But I made the same observation for various other protected ones as well.
Credentials are
user: inspire
pw: validator

do you still have the reported errors, since it seems the WFS is not working at the moment?

@fabiovinci The service is running on our test instance which is not always available. It is working again now.

Nonetheless, I created this protected test service on a different instance which should be available more reliably.
When trying to validate it in the production instance, I get an error pop-up

On the staging instance I get a 400 when hitting the Start test button:

No, they are 'validator' and 'validator'
