Wrong link for reporting issues about OGC WFS 2.0 Test Suite

In the test report for the WFS 2.0 Conformance Test Suite, the link provided to report issues with the OGC CITE tests points to the home of the CITE GitHub repository.

Since it seems unclear what the correct repository is for reporting issues related to WFS 2.0 Conformance Test Suite, we propose to replace the text highlighted in the screenshot below with the following:

Please report any issues or problems with this OGC CITE test suite in the WFS 2.0 Conformance Test Suite repository.

Any other suggestions would be very welcome.

We verified that the proposed change cannot be implemented since the text is not present in the ETS but it is inherited from the OGC test.

A related change proposal will be opened in the OGC repository.
