You are explicitly asking for scale == 2, so you get scale == 2 for the 3 pages, is just that in the first you included some drawing that doesn't fit in the page when scaled 2:1
In the layer options you can specify which layers are used to compute the center, look for About the boxes and arrows on Fab layer, I don't know what exactly do you want. Create a small example to show what's missing. |

Removing the scale == 2 thing and moving the entire PCB down 50mm so all the drawings fits inside the page frame resolved the issue. Thank you! |

autoscale_margin_xwill do nothing because you are not using autoscale.In the layer options you can specify which layers are used to compute the center, look for
use_for_center. This defaults to True for all layers, usinginvert_use_for_centeryou can reverse its meaning and just mark one layer to False.If you select the Edge.Cuts as the only for centering you'll be able to make all the drawings look equally centered. Just play with the options (and read the docs)
