[BUG] Changing port mapping for secure tls composition leads to timeout

Describe the bug

When I change the port mapping for http and https access to the workspaces through Traefik in the compose.traefik.secure.tls.yml composition, all access to the composition times out. Trying to access the services over the internet my browser tries to connect until I get a time out.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set up and configure the workspaces and test composition for a secure tls connection TRAEFIK_TLS.md, with the following caveats:
   A) In the .env file, append ":446" to your DNS name for the SERVER_DNS env var.
   B) When setting up oath add ":446" after your domain name for the Redirect URI/Authorization Callback URL.
2. Change all instances of ports "80" and "443" repsectively with "84" and "446".
3. Navigate to "https://yourdomain.com:446".
4. See error

Expected behavior

I expect to see the DTaaS Web client.
