Features - Project Name - Allow users to confirm/input a project name on creation

Creating a project is done with a button with no inputs and the project name is randomly created based on a HPC themed string.

Prototype a workflow to allow users to update/set the project name before creating a project.
This could be updating the existing behaviour or adding a new button to create with name.
