Error in fetching org.isatools:ISAcreator:jar:1.7.8

When doing:

mvn clean assembly:assembly -Dmaven.test.skip=true

I get the following:

[ERROR] Failed to execute goal on project ISACreatorConfigurator: Could not resolve dependencies for project org.isatools:ISACreatorConfigurator:jar:1.6.3: Failure to find org.isatools:ISAcreator:jar:1.7.8 in http://frog.oerc.ox.ac.uk:8080/nexus-2.1.2/content/repositories/releases/ was cached in the local repository, resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval of oerc has elapsed or updates are forced -> [Help 1]

Going to http://frog.oerc.ox.ac.uk:8080/nexus-2.1.2/content/repositories/releases/org/isatools/ISAcreator/ I see that indeed there is no 1.7.8 in the directory.
