Risa package missing from Bioconductor 3.19

For some reason, the Risa package is missing from Bioconductor 3.19. Once I installed all the dependencies, I was able to get the 3.18 source archive to compile and install under R 4.4.1 and Bioconductor 3.19.

I think this must have just been an oversight. I put a comment in the Bioconductor forum, but I'm not sure that will get the issue addressed.
