INTER: secondary upgrade motor extensions for inclinometer etc.

We need to be able to read from and potentially write to some variables which are not in the standard motion code, such as the inclinometer reading and so on.

Acceptance criteria

• List of variables and their ADS addresses are obtained from the motion group once ready
• Motorextensions dbs and .cmd are created for INTER

didn't get a response from scientists in regards to patching, so assuming they can wait until next release. Will create task if i hear otherwise.
