Nexus Writer File Name includes path.

## Description of the problem

`file_name` field of the Nexus Writer output contains relative path. As the file moves around after completion, this is not needed or accurate.

e.g. "local/MUSRx01.nxs" instead of "MUSRx01.nxs".
