Develop and Run Benchmarking Tests

Develop and deploy benchmarking for the data pipeline.
Relevant tests include:

• Dependence of find_channel_event on number of pulses in trace.
• Dependence of find_channel_event on trace length.
• The time each trace message spends in each component.
• The time each frame/run takes to complete.

Document code and update extras repo.
