Display \title with the volume color

Most authors don't use the 4th level hierarchy (or \subsubsection{...}) because the numbering starts to get annoying) so they (or the initial converters like me) are using \title{...}

Still, some times one finds inside titles what would be then \highlight{...} (!?). But currently the two look the same.

So I don't see any reason not to change the title display to look more like a subsubsection with no number, do you?

Update: the motivation is to style DTitle similarly to hierarchical headings, since they are similar in some ways (even though a DTitle doesn't section content and isn't part of the hierarchy).

This looks like an interesting adjustment to me.

Note: additionally, this would make DTitle and DParagraph(Highlight(...)) more distinct (although #205 already improved that a bit since this issue was opened).
