Show template (Project Function) information as a Card upon clicking info button

Make the template which is generated read-only (so then a link can be added in the UI for the user to inspect it in a new tab)

Better than inspecting the template by opening it in read-only mode, might be to open the template card.

osparc already supports it:

The current solution is to only show the study card (will be included in the service soon).

Apparently there is no way to ensure that the template cannot be modified, other than keeping it hidden and provide no obvious way to access it.
