sumo-based optimization for multi-channel TI (aiping) #1971

This issue addresses the inclusion of Aipings' code to optimize multichannel TI with the SUMO method. Aiping will put her code in a git repository to track the changes.

Since we are not at the point where the multichannel TI boot mode can be replaced by this SUMO-based method yet, this will be included in a new, separate boot mode. The reason for that is that SUMO mTI currently only works with 4 channels instead of 8. And it is still in development.

An additional limitation is that this new method only works with fields that are cropped and interpolated to the DTI scan. This has a much smaller FOV than the MRI TI, which is used in all the other boot modes.

Sylvain proposed aiming for a super tool instead of introducing a new boot mode. This would include the SUMO-based optimization into the current mTI mode. The user could then choose if they want to manually set a specific setup, or go for an optimization. Both an optimizer and a manual settings UI would be available in this case. This should improve maintainability and make it easy to remove the manual setting of the channels once the SUMO-based optimizer works for up to 8 channels.
