Load balancing on sim4life.io seems not evenly distributed, investigate #1104
Description
In the context of testing for CNS2025 it was observed that the load on OPS-Traefik is not evenly distributed but one instance seems to take the bulk of the load (s4lmanager2).
This was observed while starting many services (>30) at the same time.
This shows that one OPS traefik is taking the bulk of the load while pulling docker images.
