Current Behavior

• 🐛 Computational cluster manager was not being automatically removed (observed on sim4life.io)

• 🐛 Also observed that the helper script autoscaled_monitor -> Not showing running task (even though they are running)

and #7686 as well
They both increase a timeout when communicating with dask
