Socket.IO messages lost?

Current Behavior

During conversation messages deletion, it happens sometime that Socket.IO messages are lost (?) or not properly delivered.

Expected Behavior

All messages are successfully and reliably sent and delivered.

Steps To Reproduce

Perform several operations with Conversations: create a conversation, add messages, edit and delete them.

It seems solved using send_message_to_user method with the default ignore_queue=False (changed in PR #7967)

Using the default ignore_queue=False seems to solve the issue with messages lost.
