Current Behavior
Duplicating a template is not locking the template study (this is now used as a feature in metamodellng for batch copying projects)
Expected Behavior
Template projects should be protected the same way as studies since they can be edited.
Metamodelling should implement a different implementation such as batch copy instead of making use of that bug.
