[Bug]: Function job log endpoint in api-server is broken #8387

Current Behavior
This in fact consists of several issues:
- The task filter used to submit the zipping task is not correct. Hence, the job is reported as not found when the result/status is requested.
- There is a bug in how we report the task id. We disclose more than just the uuid.
- We hit an exception in the zipping celery task because the logfiles are in different directories
