[Feature]: Create enum for the possible statuses of a function job #8447

Related to ITISFoundation/mmux_vite#343
Ideally the function api exposes all the statuses that are possibly returned by a function job, possibly in an enum.
This assumes we can enumerate all the statuses we get from underlying services like celery and comp service.
