[Feature]: Optimize db calls during a function map call / cloning #8451

Current Behavior
The following pull request already lower the loading on the db during cloning of projects (which is part of a map call in the functions api)
#8443
However, we still see that there is a discrepancy between the postgres tuples returned vs fetched statistic, which points to inefficiencies in indexing.
This should be investigate to improve the performance.
