[Maintenance]: Propagate information into traces

• I have searched the existing issues

Planned changes

• At least the docker service name should be propagated into the trace information. Currently we use the APP_NAME, but that does not distinguish different services based on the same docker image.
• Perhaps also the RPC namespace of a given service should be propagated.
