[Bug]: Show error when File Search input is shorter than the minimum required characters #8698

Current Behavior
When using the awesome File Search feature, it can happen that the user provides too few characters as input.
- The backend returns a complete reason about the error. ✨
- The frontend don't. 👎
Expected Behavior
I would like to see a pop-up with the reason why my search will not be performed, instead of an infinite wait.
Steps To Reproduce
- Search for "aa"
- Wait forever
