What do these changes do?

This PR follows #6520

When the EFS storage is enabled, the backend sends two different data storage information: "HOST" and "STATE_VOLUMES".

This information (so far "HOST" only) goes into a progress bar above the iframe and it's also displayed in the NodeUI, so that users are aware of their data storage used.

In this PR, the most critical (most used_percentage) data storage will be shown in the indicators, and the tooltip will show all the available information.
