Whenever pre-game reservations are entered into the calendar, they are entered as "Approved". If these reservations have service requests, they are approved regardless if:
- We have made an equipment reservation yet for them
- We've staffed their reservation with a tech
- Furniture workorder placed
- Cleaning placed
- Security hired
It would be nice to track the services status, even though the event is approved already.
*Since these are pre-game reservations, we want the res to show as approved so that the departments know they've reserved it all. The Media commons is also confirming that we will work with them to confirm all of these services, we will not "decline" an already approved pregame reservation.
