Allow customizing local registries in CompatHelper workflow #5
Description
A CompatHelper workflow was added in #4 that searches the Julia General registry and the ITensorRegistry for updates to dependent packages. It would be nice to update it so that packages using that workflow can customize the registries that get searched, see for example https://github.com/julia-actions/julia-buildpkg/blob/v1.7.0/action.yml#L56-L63.
