Fix some ambiguity issues related to upstream changes

This is a small PR to fix some issues that were probably caused by upstream function signature changes.
The current main is erroring: https://github.com/ITensor/KroneckerArrays.jl/actions/runs/19049118941
This should resolve this issue.

Thanks. As discussed, we should be able to remove some of these definitions thanks to recent improvements to BlockArrays.jl but that's a bigger project which we can do later.
