Actual Behaviour:
we no longer see inherited "disabled" services crossed out

Expected Behaviour:
inherited "disabled" services should be displayed crossed out again

Steps to reproduce:

1. host template that is used by a host
2. we need a single service appliet to the host template
3. Deactivate the service on the host
4. It still looks it is activated
