Use Icinga/zf1 in favor of shardj/zf1-future

`Icinga/zf1` is a streamlined fork of Zend Framework 1, containing only the
components used by Icinga Web and its ecosystem.  This fork maintains
compatibility with modern PHP versions, while removing unused dependencies to
reduce complexity and improve maintainability.
