<Description>This small mod aims to make ground combat less boring by adding more modifiers to it.
Currently included are:

- modifiers based on planet temperatures
- modifiers based on planet humidity(riftborn react inverted)
- modifiers based on visual affinity
- some new technologies to keep infantry a bit less useless
