Nomad job file for ryot

Hi Everyone,

Hopefully this helps someone here but I run nomad in my homelab so I converted the docker compose into nomad format. Feel free to comment amendments.

You'll need to change the database password, your host IP and add ryot_db as a volume in your server.hcl file.
